Since establishing his practice in 1985, Dr. Chen continues to be at the forefront of medical advances. He regularly keeps up with the latest procedures introduced not only within the United States but internationally as well. He is certified by both the American Academy of Facial & Plastic Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He attended the University of Illinois where he graduated with highest honors in Chemistry and then served his residency at the University of Southern California Los Angeles County Medical Center. Here he experienced the expertise of leading Beverly Hills plastic surgeons who served as teaching professors at USC.
He is actively involved in his community providing leadership for youth sponsored activities. He is also the sponsor of scholarships for high school seniors that are active in protecting their environment.
His knowledge and expertise is only surpassed by his genuine concern for his many patients.
